We were very pleased to welcome none other than Philippe Lapeyrie and his entourage on this beautiful first of May.

For a wonderful hour, the team from the Distillerie du Granit ( Miss Érable and l'Alchimiste ) were able to chat with the expert about maple-based spirits and explain the great epic that brought you Québécøl as we know it today.
