The secret hideaway where Québécøl is made is located on the border of Beauce and Estrie, in the municipality of St-Romain . It is in this beautiful village that we produce our maple syrup and, from this blond gold, our delicious products. Whether we are near or far from you, you are always welcome at our boutique located at 346 rue Principale . Our opening hours are as follows:

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If the product is intact and has not been opened or consumed, we will happily offer you a full refund, and a partial refund if the packaging is compromised.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs if applicable and of course any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
The products must obviously be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, take photos and send them to us. We will then contact you to clarify all the details.
Standard delivery will be made as quickly as possible. Please note that since we have a craft manufacturing permit, the alcohol law prohibits us from sending our products via a carrier .
In more detail, this means that one of us will personally deliver your bottle to your home, so it's not 24-hour delivery, but we're sure to do it quickly! And it's certain that if you live in La Tuque, it's going to take a good order for us to get there. We have opened our deliveries in Quebec, so if you're in Qc within a 20km radius of the Galeries de la Capitale, we'll deliver to you!
