CØYØT - Lemonade

Another great big weekend with the Magøg gang last weekend at the Fête des Vendanges...and what's more, it's not even over yet as there are still two more days left on Saturday and next Sunday, still at Pointe Merry in Magog. During our weekend activities, we started making unique cocktails with our Québécøl and one of the cocktails that caught the eye was none other than our CØYØT -Lemonade - the lemonade that has bite!

Well this week we offer you a great recipe on the same theme - 1,2,3-GO!

It will take you:

-1 and 1/2 oz of CØYØT

-4 oz fresh lemonade

-A tablespoon of maple syrup

-A cloud of club soda

-Ice cubes

-A few mint leaves

You're going to combine all the ingredients in an old fashioned glass (except the mint) and you're going to stir it politely with the mixologist's long cocktail spoon. Then you add the mint leaves and you're ready for the experiment.
