The wing

When we make recipes we take the themes that come and since Halloween is coming, no crazier than the others, we will find you something to do with that.

Since it's also autumn, we don't really know why it's thematic but we find that CØYØT is an appropriate vehicle to convey the emotions of the season.

So here is the cocktail "La wing"

It will take you:

-2 ounces of our mysterious CØYØT

-1 teaspoon of your best maple syrup

-A teaspoon of pumpkin puree (KWA?) - are you looking at me with terrified eyes? Well check that the great Ricardo even made a recipe on the theme click HERE .

-A zest of orange

You put all the ingredients in your favorite shaker and add ice. Stun me for the trouble or until the shaker is really cold. Then you strain it all into a whiskey glass.
