The Bitter-to-Drink

Hear ye, hear ye, my dear lover!

Here is a little drink that fits in perfectly with the fall seasons and that features two of our great products, the now very popular CØYØT and our seasonal fall liqueur, our unforgettable Cranberry-Raspberry and Labrador Tea Liqueur . The cocktail is an adaptation of a very distinguished supporter of our products, and the young man holding our cocktail is in his image (but less handsome... imagine the phenomenon). His home is the city of St-Georges de Beauce and he introduces himself under the name of "Loubier".

So to make your cocktail this week you will obviously need CØYØT and our Cranberry Liqueur. Let's go!

-1 and 1/2 oz of CØYØT

-1 oz of Cranberry Liqueur

-1 oz of sweet vermouth (we suggest Cocchi)

-A small orange peel

You're going to put all the ingredients except the orange peel in your shaker with ice but you're not going to shake it so don't close the lid. You're simply going to stir it all with the long cocktail spoon for 30-45 seconds. Then you filter it into a rockglass type glass and you add your little orange peel and by the way, we're not stopping you from cutting it cute to impress the visitors (or to impress yourself... have fun!)
