The Mediterranean Bouilleux

The coming weeks are the most important of the year... in fact, it's the sugaring off season that's approaching.
Let's admit it, our "gin-reduction" is the very essence of the sugar shack. When people ask us how to drink it, we often say "remove the cork, pull it into the fire, take a first sip - the rest will happen by itself". But sometimes, we may want to vary and for this purpose, we will make you a series of concoctions based on "gin-reduction" to surprise your taste buds.
Here is the first one:
2 oz of our gin-reduction (juniper and smoked maple mistelle)
1/4 oz lemon juice
1oz peach nectar
We fill the glass with Gingerale
Decoration with rosemary branch
Ice cubes as desired
