The Mediterranean Bouilleux

The coming weeks are the most important of the year... indeed, sugar season is approaching.

Let's admit it, our "P'tit Réduit" is the very essence of a sugar shack. When people ask us how to drink it, we often say "remove the cork, pour it into the fire, take a first sip - the rest will take care of itself." But sometimes, we might want to vary things up, and to that end, we'll create a series of concoctions based on "P'tit Réduit" to surprise your taste buds.

Here's the first:

2 oz of our P'tit Réduit (juniper and smoked maple mistelle)
1/4 oz lemon juice
1 oz peach nectar
Fill the glass with ginger ale
Garnish with a rosemary sprig
Ice cubes as desired
