We apologize in advance for this one, it's a drink in homage to an era. Indeed, your favorite alchemist (assuming you only know one) already had another stage name. This name was Spin Docteur because at the time, the alchemist was more into sounds than tastes.

Well, at that time, we frequented certain institutions in the immediate region of Laval University in Quebec City. And at the time, the end of the evenings were often washed down with good old "jack-coke".

Well today we offer you an updated version with a Québécøl twist, and what's more, it's Jess's birthday this week so we couldn't let the opportunity pass us by.

Ingredients:

*2oz of CØYØT

*Brown drink of your choice

*Ice

Take your favorite glass, add ice cubes and then slowly add your favorite brown sparkling drink.
