The Christmas Tree
This week, the Québécøl team is offering you a (relatively) easy cocktail recipe that we talk about every time we see you. We're talking about the famous Christmas Tree that features our seasonal Cranberry-Raspberry and Labrador Tea Liqueur, a piece of your Christmas tree and your favorite sparkling wine.
It's as easy as that - we're off.
The game for the Christmas tree is the decoration. So boys, we have to focus here on the PRELIMINARIES (a knowing wink to our customers). Collect some pieces of your tree, small pieces of branch, nothing complicated. If necessary, add some cranberries to make it more fancy. Add a little water to the bottom and freeze the bottom so that all this turns into ice. This is where it might require a little more love and the use of your (Christmas) tape will perhaps be necessary to make it stand up straight. Then you put it in the freezer for a few hours (I was going to say outside... but the temperature is not very reliable these days).
Once you have all this down, it becomes easy, don't take the glasses out too far in advance to optimize the impact on the guests. So for the rest it will take you.
-1 oz of Cranberry-Raspberry Liqueur and Labrador Tea
-5 to 6 oz of your favorite sparkling wine (or champagne if you consider that the letter from the Ministry of Revenue asking you for provisional payments is "surely an error")
Start by slowly pouring your Québécøl Cranberry-Raspberry and Labrador Tea then slowly top up with your sparkling wine/champagne (you should find out to be sure that the Revenue didn't make a mistake... friendly advice).
And if it wasn't already clear enough, we even made a video for you!
