Saint Patrick PQ

Hello Québécøl lover,

If you didn't know, right next to the municipality of Saint-Romain in Quebec is the municipality of Saint-Patrick, and funny thing is, it celebrates its birthday on March 17!

To celebrate the Irish holiday with a little (and let's go big) local touch, we have concocted the "Saint-Patrick PQ" cocktail for you.

Ingredients:

-150 ml (5 oz) of La Souche's Black Misery
-30 ml (1 oz) of the incomparable CØYØT
120 ml (4 oz) white cranberry juice
A dash of spearmint syrup, try the one from KWE cocktails
Ice

Get yourself a shaker or if the whole family is around, get two "old school" metal sugar shack boilers and arrange them in a shaker (not fun). Put some ice cubes (if you want to do something CRAZY, freeze some maple water), add the CØYØT , the cranberry juice and syrup from the KWE cocktails gang.

Brew me that in less than 10 Mississippi - or 6 Brome-Missisquois time.

Strain the contents of the shaker into one or more beer glasses (depending on whether you decided to go for the boilers or the classic shaker).

After that, it will take some finesse, you will slowly pour your Misère Noire beer from La Souche on the edges of the glass to ensure you have two phases and to have... ultimately, your Saint-Patrick's Day drink in honor of the inhabitants of the town of Saint-Patrick, north-southeast of Saint Romain.

PS we are not sure if there is a city named after Saint Patrick but one thing is certain - it is for the Irish holiday!!!!
