Old CØYØT in fashion

Once again, sorry for the boot spirit but we had to find an equivalence for our "old fashion" made with our memorable CØYØT.

  • 75 ml (2 1/2 oz) CØYØT
  • 3 drops of Angostura bitters
  • 1 orange segment ( try this )
  • 1 lemon zest ( try this )
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (ok you've been sly this week, a tablespoon)
  • Ice

In an old-fashioned glass, or a damned nice swell glass that you keep for the visit and that is starting to gather dust, add the spoonful of maple syrup (your choice depending on how clever you were), the Angostura bitters, the orange quarter or powder and the same thing for the lemon. If you take fruit, crush it with a pestle. Add a few ice cubes then pour your CØYØT .

Stir with a bar spoon or, pro tip, your finger or an old pogo stick (I'm not sure our mixologist is sane).

Take a sip and let yourself be led through the evening sitting on your Favorite CØYØT... and if it's a real coyote you send us a picture of you sitting on the coyote in the party and we give you a bottle... but be careful you have to be able to prove that it's a real coyote!
