Back from vacation...

Dear customers,

The distillery was exceptionally open almost every day during the construction holidays and we are very happy to have been able to welcome many of you to our shop.

But after the holidays, we get back to serious things and we have to rush the production of Québécøl for the upcoming fall and Christmas markets. As a result, and starting next week, the store's opening hours will be modified as follows:

Thursday: 10am-7pm

Friday: 10am-7pm

Saturday: 10am-4pm

BUT (because there is always a "but") never hesitate to come and knock if you see a car in the yard (we are not outgoing but we are always happy to see people).

Don't be sad either, less time in the shop will ultimately mean more time to go and meet you near you at different events and markets!
