2026
After a busy holiday season, Santa Claus is always happy to find a spot to "sit down" while thinking about the year to come. When he does this, he makes himself a very special cocktail, and thanks to the extraordinary friendship between the Alchemist and Santa Claus, we've managed to get our hands on this cocktail just for you, and we're sharing it in anticipation of your New Year's festivities.
You will need:
-1 tablespoon of lime juice
-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
-Ice cubes
-3 oz of our Cranberry, Raspberry, and Labrador Tea Liqueur
-1/2 oz of orange liqueur of your choice
-1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
-1/4 oz of maple syrup
-Fresh cranberries for garnish
-A lime wheel for garnish
Start by placing the martini glasses in the freezer for a few minutes. While they're chilling, prepare the lime juice and granulated sugar for rimming your martini glass. Fill your shaker with ice cubes and add the liquid components of the mixture. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until your fingers are frozen. Meanwhile, take the martini glasses out of the freezer, dip the rim in lime juice, then rim the glass with powdered sugar. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the martini glass, garnish with a few cranberries and a fresh lime wheel.
Now, take the time to rest before 2026 hits.
