Cupidøl

Hello cocktail enthusiasts,

this week we're a little early for Valentine's Day, but we thought it was either that or we talk about the news, and since we're starting to have trouble making jokes about the news, we're elegantly looking the other way and focusing on the little celebrations around everyday life. I'm telling you, my brothers and sisters, this year there's going to be quite an advent calendar of cøcktails! For those of you who decided to do dry January, I invite you to take a look back at the first 20 days of 2026... yep.

To make your Cupidøl (we're wondering what we'll call the other cøcktails in the weeks to come) you'll need our wonderful Strawberry-Melon-Rhubarb Liqueur, also known as Spritz Boréal. To this, we'll combine CØYØT; it's not because it's our favorite, but it's been with us everywhere since we found it. So, in order, you'll need:

-3 fresh strawberries (try not to use products from the US... it's complicated with them these days)

-1.25 oz of coconut cream

-1 oz of our Spritz Boréal

-1 oz of our CØYØT

-0.5 oz of lime juice

-0.5 oz of maple syrup

-6 drops of orange blossom water

-2 dashes of Angostura bitters

-For garnish, you can think of ground nutmeg, strawberry slices, and lime wheels.

For preparation, muddle the strawberries at the bottom of your shaker with your bar spoon. Add the coconut cream, Spritz Boréal, CØYØT, lime juice, maple syrup, orange blossom water, and bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and shake quickly to chill and combine the ingredients. Strain into a glass filled with ice. You can sprinkle nutmeg on top and garnish with strawberry slices and a lime wheel.
