Strawberry Chocolate Espresso Martini

Hello everyone,

Continuing our weeks leading up to Valentine's Day (we know, we know, morale isn't great this year so we're clinging to what we can find), we're offering a special version of the espresso martini that features two of our products: Spritz Boréal (Strawberry-Melon-Rhubarb Liqueur) and our essential Coffee and Chili Liqueur. It may not seem like much, but it will certainly make a super nice aperitif option for Valentine's Day. In order, you'll need:

-1 oz freshly brewed espresso

-1.5 oz of our Spritz Boréal

-0.75 oz of our Coffee and Chili Liqueur

-0.25 oz chocolate liqueur

-0.25 oz strawberry syrup

Put everything in your shaker with ice and shake until very cold. Strain into chilled martini glasses (just put them outside these days) and garnish with strawberry whipped cream. To make the whipped cream, combine 3 tablespoons of 35% whipping cream with 0.25 oz of strawberry syrup and whip until small peaks form. Garnish the glasses by gently placing the foam on top and you can add small candies (like those used on cakes) in white, pink, and red (for a fancier touch).
