Reduced Gin - How do you drink that?

Gin-reduction, you can drink it like our grandfathers and anyone who worked in a sugar shack: piping hot!
Well yes, in the cabin we mix this succulent little drink by taking a good ladleful of reduction directly in the boiler (between the maple water and the syrup, the reduction is like a syrup "not yet ready"), then adding a good swig of gin!
Since it is offered to you "pre-mixed", you have 3 options. You can drink it:
  • Hot
  • Cold
  • Tablet
At home, before going into the woods we put the bottle next to the wood stove, so that when we come back it is nice and hot, and perfect for tasting by the fire!
Or tablet, in the woods, waiting for the perfect moment 🦌

Ça c’est la paye de tout bon builleur… Le gin réduit devrait être reconnue comme LA boisson Québécoise…
