The Sow

Hey there, amateur,

well, this week we're offering you our new concoction named "La Cochonne" (The Piggy) because we've just found a brand new way to enjoy our little "Mistelle de genévrier et érable fumée" (Juniper and Smoked Maple Mistelle) and that's with passion fruit.

And who says passion says... fruit, and we all know that pigs love fruit.

It's 100% the association of ideas that led us to this name... scout's honor.

It's a bit fancier, but heck, it's spring so we're bringing out the baby for you.

You'll need:

-1 ¾ oz of our Juniper and Smoked Maple Mistelle

-1 oz Vodka

-¾ oz passion fruit liqueur

-¾ oz lemon juice

-a handful of ice cubes

-One egg white

You'll start by putting the "Mistelle de genévrier et érable fumée" (Juniper and Smoked Maple Mistelle), the passion fruit liqueur, the vodka, and the lemon juice into your shaker. Add the egg white and the ice cubes and shake until the shaker is cold. Pour into a martini glass and enjoy with your favorite "cochonne."
