The Førlasse
This week we're offering you a little delicacy that's somewhere between a dessert, a smoothie, a milkshake, and an unforgettable taste experience. This super cocktail is once again courtesy of our friend CØYØT. So you can't say we only think about making you drink... we're also offering you some empty calories with that (you're welcome). Actually, that's not entirely true, as it involves a banana, which is still a fruit (standing ovation from nutritionists), and the Førlasse will possibly be the best way on the market to eat a banana while making eye contact with someone.
Let's go, my Kiki (Kiki is you in this story)
You'll need:
-1 blender (yum)
-4 oz of our wonderful CØYØT
-1 ripe banana (but not yet at the "banana bread" stage)
-1 cup of chocolate chip ice cream (alternatively, you can use vanilla ice cream + chocolate chips - well, the nutritionists are still standing)
-1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
So, in the end, our stuff is super healthy, there's both a banana and yogurt, gosh, that should be sold in health food stores. So, making the cocktail is incredibly simple. You put everything in the blender and blend it until it's smooth. Then you pour it into milkshake glasses and serve immediately!
It makes two servings, but if no one's looking, you can chug it yourself, we don't judge.
