The lemonaise

You know the expression when life throws you lemons...make lemonade.

Well this week's cocktail varies around this theme but with a little something extra - alcohol.

In fact, by varying we are not going to exaggerate either, the cocktail has roughly 2 ingredients. You will need lemonade and the 2024 edition of our Spritz-Boréal .

It will take you:

-2 oz of our Spritz Boréal 2024 edition

-4 ounces of lemonade (homemade is great (if not try Kiju )

-A few slices of fresh strawberries for garnish

-Ice

You start by putting a few ice cubes in the bottom of your glass, I suggest a "rocks" type glass. Then you place the Boreal Spritz at the bottom and then slowly add the 4 ounces of lemonade on top. After that it's your call, you can mix it all together with your bar spoon or let the colors overlap. You can finish it all off with a few slices of strawberries on top.
