This week, another cocktail recipe where our brand new exceptional maple wine (the 2Ø) gets to know its little buddies from the Québécøl range. In fact, it's pretty much a transition drink between summer and autumn, two seasons we really like (but we won't mention the one that comes after and we won't try to sell you Christmas decorations right away, NOT US).

Actually, here we combine late summer flavors (like sangria) and early autumn flavors (like cranberry) to give you a unique little drink, once again 100% courtesy of your friends at Québécøl.

To achieve this, you will need:

-1 bottle of our 2Ø (take advantage of the launch price of $20 taxes included)

-12 oz of our Cranberry, Raspberry, and Labrador Tea Liqueur

-4 oz of orange liqueur of your choice

-2 seasonal apples, sliced

-4 crushed cardamom pods

-4 cloves

-2 cinnamon sticks

-1 star anise

In a large pitcher, start by adding the 2Ø, the Cranberry-Raspberry and Labrador tea Liqueur, as well as the orange liqueur of your choice. Then add the apple slices, crushed cardamom seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise. Stir it all up and put the pitcher in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (but ideally overnight).

When ready to serve, fill wine glasses with ice and pour La Perdrix. You can garnish with an additional apple slice (if you were good).
