Hello wine lovers!

This week, we're doing something special as we officially launch our maple wine, named 2Ø! We've got big plans, yes sir/ma'am. After three long years of research and development in collaboration with our friends at the Biomass Technology Laboratory, we have succeeded in creating a whole new experience for the senses. A new player on the maple scene, and we believe that in the long run, it will become one of its new ambassadors.

We won't give you a cocktail recipe this week, to give you the chance to taste it in its simplicity. You'll find it combines a rosé wine "feel" with a maple finish, while remaining dry.

It will pair well with white meats like pork and chicken, and its smoky bouquet will make it an undeniable friend to your late-summer BBQs.

It is therefore with the greatest pride, a tear in our eye, and a heart full of emotion that Québécøl presents its 2Ø!

-Chill your bottle of 2Ø

-Pour a generous amount into a wine glass

-Call your friends and pour them a glass too
