The BØS - Donut ø Syrup

Since it is the time of the sugars we cannot ignore something extraordinary that usually happens during this period. That is to say, the syrup donuts.

A syrup donut is just like a regular donut, but better. Plus, this recipe lets you combine two of our favorites, our very VERY popular gin-reduction and the new kid on the block, CØYØT.

What you need:

-3/4 ounces of CØYØT

-1/2 ounce ofJuniper and Smoked Maple Mistelle (aka gin-reduced)

-A fairly light white rum (try Morbleu Blanc rum)

-Butterscotch liqueur

-Cold maple water

-Vanilla liqueur (try Cremaglace Vanille )

And if you don't find it sweet enough (you're weird but we love you anyway) add a spoonful or two of maple syrup!

You put all that in your shaker with ice cubes made from maple water if possible. You shake it with the vigor you use to chase deer flies away from around your head in late June in the woods, you filter it into a nice Martini glass and you enjoy your cocktail of the week.
