The BØS - Donut ø Syrup
Since it's sugar shack season, we can't miss out on something extraordinary that usually happens during this time: syrup donuts.
A syrup donut is like a regular donut, but better. Plus, this recipe will allow you to combine two of our favorites: our very, VERY popular P'tit Réduit and the new kid on the block, the CØYØT.
What you'll need:
-3/4 oz of CØYØT
-1/2 oz of Smoked Juniper and Maple Mistelle (aka P'tit Réduit)
-A fairly light white rum (try Morbleu Blanc rum)
-Butterscotch liqueur
-Chilled maple water
-Vanilla liqueur (try Cremaglace Vanille)
And if you don't find it sweet enough (you're weird but we love you anyway), add a spoonful or two of maple syrup!
Put everything in your shaker, preferably with ice cubes made from maple water. Shake it with the same vigor you'd use to swat deer flies from around your head in the woods at the end of June, strain it into a nice Martini glass, and enjoy your cocktail of the week.
