The Dire Wolf

One thing is for sure, guys and gals, when you follow our posts and our recipes, you're getting your dose of current events. And here at Québécøl, we love God's little creatures, which is why we feature them on almost all of our cocktail publications. But now... when they start synthesizing new little animals for us (it seems this one isn't so little), well, that's where we draw the line.

The English translation of "dire wolf" is "dire wolf." But if we had started our recipe with "dire wolf," it would have been less impactful. There's a wave, not to surf on the debt side, right?

To make your Dire Wølf, you'll need two of the Distillery's most popular products: our Coffee and Chili Liqueur and our unbeatable CØYØT. Let's get to it, you'll see, it's simple. In a whiskey glass half-filled with ice, you'll add:

-2 oz of CØYØT

-1/2 oz of Coffee and Chili Liqueur

-3 splooshes (don't look at me like that, the other word was "giclée"... so we're doing fine) of orange bitter

Take your nice long bar spoon and mix it for about 20 seconds. Finish by twisting an orange peel from a wedge over your drink and then slide the peel into your glass. Savor your Dire Wølf, thinking about the very near future when herds of woolly mammoths will trumpet at dusk while you flip your steak on the BBQ in the spring.
