Are you disgusted to hear that the Quebec strawberry is out? Well not us! In fact, we are happy about it! It allowed us to make our annual batch of strawberry-melon-rhubarb liqueur that we are launching this week in its 2024 version. And do you know what's fun about it... it will allow you to look like a great mixologist and it will take you 38 seconds to make the cocktail. In fact, when we are walking on the road in the summer, this is the cocktail we make you taste when you are looking for something to bring to the edge of the pool. Made with real strawberries, melon and rhubarb from Quebec, it is THE cocktail of your summer. Look no further, yé là.

To make the cocktail you will need:

- 5 oz of our Boreal Spritz (strawberry-melon-rhubarb)

- 5 oz of President's Choice diet Tonic (we care about your health babe)

-Ice

-Strawberry slice if you want to be fancy

It is certain that you can adapt as needed and depending on whether you want to cant the visit quickly (or not).

You start by putting everything except the strawberry slice in a highball glass, stir with your long mixologist spoon with professional wrist movements, add one or more strawberry slices as garnish and voila - you're ready for action.
