The Midnight -5

Hello, you naughty boys and girls,

It's December 24th and just on the eve of Christmas. It's during this magical time that Santa Claus has gone on his gift run, and in the meantime, Mrs. Claus is "taking care" of the elves. And to give you, too, the urge to "take care" of the elves, we've put together this very thematic little cocktail for you. It's a "Christmasy" twist on the espresso martini, and since we've released a lot of our Coffee and Hot Pepper Liqueur over the past few weeks, we figured many of you must now have what you need to get the job done.

So, you'll need:

-2 oz of your favorite vodka

-1 oz of our Québécøl - Coffee and Hot Pepper Liqueur

-1 oz of espresso

-1/2 oz of peppermint syrup

-ice

-for garnish, crushed candy canes

For the rest, it's easy: put everything except the crushed candy canes in your shaker and shake until your fingers get cold. Then, strain into a martini glass, and on the small foam on top, add crushed candy canes.
