Hello enthusiasts, as it's April Fools' Day and almost the end of Easter, we've combined a perfectly seasonal image for you: the April Fools' and Easter bunny-fish! Isn't that beautiful?

And our cocktail of the day is also a beautiful inspiration, and again this week we let ourselves be tempted by carrot juice (we must have bought too much for a recipe).

In addition to CØYØT this week, we also offer a touch of exoticism by adding a dash of absinthe to your cocktail, which opens up another dimension to this experience with a possible parallel to Alice in Wonderland. So your cocktail of the week is inspired by April Fools'-Easter-Alice-in-Wonderland.

You will need:

-1.5 oz of our CØYØT

-0.5 oz absinthe

-1 oz carrot juice

-0.75 oz lemon juice

-0.5 oz ginger syrup

-0.25 oz maple syrup

-A few small mint leaves for garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker with a minimum of ice. Shake just enough to mix the ingredients and for the mixture to be cold. Pour all ingredients, including the ice, into a tall glass (Collins) and add more ice if needed. Garnish with a few mint leaves and serve.
