The Smoky HL
This week the recipe comes to us 100% from a true fan of gin-reduction.
It was named after him the Smoky H (in honor of Hélène Lévesque).
Not complicated and it brings out the maple heart of our wonderfulreduced gin .
It takes you:
-Maple syrup
-Maple sugar
- Maple smoked bacon, well cooked - crispy
-OurJuniper and Smoked Maple Mistelle (aka Gin-reduced)
Start by taking a nice cognac glass. Dip the neck in the maple syrup and then twist it in the maple sugar.
Then you pour yourself a gargantuan amount of reduced gin, then you dip your bacon in it or let it float like magic like in the picture.
BANG!
You just made the mapliest drink on the market and you're not a mixologist! Or you are a mixologist and you're going to use this in your bar (thanks!).
