The Smoky HL
This week's recipe comes 100% from a true P'tit Réduit fan.
We named it the Smoky H (in honor of Hélène Lévesque).
It's simple and brings out the maple heart of our wonderful P'tit Réduit.
You'll need:
-Maple syrup
-Maple sugar
-Well-cooked, crispy maple-smoked bacon
-Our Juniper and Smoked Maple Mistelle (a.k.a. Ptit Réduit)
Start by grabbing a nice cognac glass. Dip the rim in maple syrup, then twist it in maple sugar.
Then, pour yourself a gargantuan amount of P'tit Réduit, and after that, dip your bacon in it or let it float magically as shown in the picture.
BANG!
You just made the most maple drink on the market, and you're not even a mixologist! Or you are a mixologist and you're going to use this in your bar (thank you!).
