The Top Gun of Health

At some point, we said to ourselves that we could no longer ignore the news in Quebec and we talk a lot about Top Gun and Health... well, expect a long shot on that one.

We tried to do something related to our best product, our universal Gin-Réduit (so we're going for the best). Then we needed the "gun". So we went for something that had some bite... let's put coffee but not just that.... add vinegar (not afraid to try things). So we got the GUN (told you it was a long shot). Then we had to fit health with that. We could have gone cheap by saying "to your health" but nooooo. We're not the same, we go to the trouble of making stories without blood but COMPLETE! Yes sir.

So we added some cilantro shoots in there. Are we chatting now?

Why? Well coriander is good for your health. You don't believe us... well check out SCIENCE ( click here ).

Ultimately, it's all very well orchestrated and we didn't just want to fit a weird drink by making a trailer about the news of the week - absolutely not.

Here's how to do it:

-1 and 1/3 ounces of our biblical Gin-Réduit

-1 and 2/3 ounces of our memorable Coffee and Hot Pepper Liqueur

-1 and 2/3 ounces of cold brewed Colombian coffee

-1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar

-Coriander leaves

First of all, you put all that in the shaker but first you rub the coriander leaves a little ( heavy petting style not just cuddling them). Then you shake it like your life depended on it (hello - health...life...BANG) and you filter it not once, not twice... yeah stop at twice at some point, don't get ambitious and you've got your whole day in your body. You put it in a nice little martini type glass. Decorate it with a coriander leaf and you're ready to drink that my pit.

To prepare the coffee: You will put 60 grams of coffee from Faro in Sherbrooke in 1L of water in the fridge for 24 hours. You can take the roasted coffee with cane sugar ( click here ) it is sick (health man...health... sick...health). Then you filter all that and use it for the recipe.

Now, to your GOOD health (ok, that's it for this week).
