The Top Gun of Health

At one point, we decided we couldn't eternally ignore the news in Quebec, and we're talking a lot about Top Gun and Health... well, expect a long shot on this one.

We tried to do something related to our best product, our universal P'tit Réduit (so we're aiming for the top). Then we needed the "gun." So we went for something with a kick... let's say coffee, but not just that... bring on the vinegar (not afraid to try new things). So we have the GUN (I told you it was a long shot). Then we had to fit "health" into it. We could have gone cheap by saying "to your health" but nooooo. That's not how we roll; we go out of our way to tell crazy but COMPLETE stories! Yes, sir.

So we added cilantro sprouts to it. Are we talking now?

Why? Well, cilantro is good for your health. Don't believe us... well, check out THE SCIENCE (click here).

Ultimately, all of this is very well orchestrated, and we didn't just want to fit a weird drink by making a trailer about the week's news—absolutely not.

Here's how to make it:

-1 and 1/3 ounces of our legendary P'tit Réduit

-1 and 2/3 ounces of our memorable Coffee and Chili Liqueur

-1 and 2/3 ounces of cold-brewed Colombian coffee

-1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar

-Cilantro leaves

First, put all of that in the shaker, but first, gently rub the cilantro leaves (like heavy petting, not just caressing them). Then shake it like your life depends on it (hello - health...life...BANG) and strain it not once, not twice... okay, stop at twice, at some point you have to be realistic and you've had a long day. Put it in a nice martini glass. Decorate it with a cilantro leaf, and you're ready to drink it, my boy.

For coffee preparation: You'll put 60 grams of coffee from Faro in Sherbrooke in 1L of water in the fridge for 24 hours. You can use the coffee roasted with cane sugar (click here) it's amazing (health, man...health...amazing...health). Then filter all of that and use it for the recipe.

Now, to your GOOD health (okay, that's enough for this week).
