Leprechauntini
This week we're going with something pretty, but not necessarily easy to make, in the sense that the recipe itself isn't particularly complicated, BUT the ingredients aren't necessarily easy to find. Even our featured product of the week, the Coffee and Chili Pepper Liqueur, is pretty low in stock this week, but we just couldn't not share this seasonal recipe with you.
To pull it off, you'll need:
-1.5 oz Baileys
-1.5 oz pistachio liqueur
-1.5 oz of our Coffee and Chili Pepper Liqueur
Once you've found all the ingredients, the job gets a little easier. In a shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients. Shake for at least 30 seconds to create a nice foam. Then, strain into a pre-chilled martini glass, making sure to get as much foam as possible. Garnish with crushed pistachios (for aesthetics).
