Ratøn Løver

This week at the intersection of:

-'Honey, go get me a beer

and

-We could do something special for Valentine's Day

This week we're offering our "Ratøn Løver" cocktail, which once again combines our Strawberry-Melon-Rhubarb Liqueur with a clear-bottled beer whose name reminds us of a pandemic. We can give another hint if needed, but usually, by now, we're all on the same page.

Making the cocktail isn't super complicated, here are the instructions:

To make the "Mon Amour" cocktail you will need:

-1 bottle of Corona beer (they can't sue us when we tell people to BUY their products... right?... RIGHT?)

-1 oz of our Strawberry-Melon-Rhubarb Liqueur (aka Spritz Boréal for those in the know) which comes with the mythical raccoon (the picture is starting to make sense)

-1 oz of triple sec

-0.25 oz of lime juice

-Lime wedge for garnish

It's not super complicated, you'll start by drinking a good 3oz of your beer (that's the equivalent of one and a half gulps for those who like precise measurements, and a gulp is a measure of a sip for those familiar with our recipes)

-Then you'll add the Spritz Boréal, triple sec, and lime juice. Put your finger over the opening (you might say that usually happens after the cocktail, and we like the way you think, but let's stay focused here) and gently swirl the bottle to mix the ingredients.

-Finish it off with a lime slice placed in the opening

We're ready for action... whether it's for the game or to add a little Valentine's touch to the usual.
