Pickle Creek

For the real observers you will have recognized the Alchemist in his younger years, when he was still attending University (where he made his bread and butter) and before he wore the cassock, the aluminum foil hat and started shouting at pigeons (even when there are no pigeons around... one begins to be worried).

In the series of cocktail names adjusted just a little to avoid legal problems we present to you this week the Pickle Creek. A new take for pickle lovers.

To make Pickle Creek you will need:

-1 1/2 oz of our Gin-Pickle Liqueur

-5 oz club soda

-1 oz lime juice

-1/2 oz maple syrup

-5 cucumber slices

-Ice

-1 strip of cucumber leftover from the last time you made sushi.

In a tall glass (not like the guy's glass in the picture, he didn't really understand the concept and since we had already invested $4k in pickles we decided to leave it the same) start by adding the cucumber slices and crush it with your big... cocktail muddler (phew..). Add a few ice cubes then add everything else. Twirl it with a nice big cocktail spoon or your favorite skewer then close it with your slice of sushi cucumber.
