Quebecois Mulled Wine
Hello, enthusiasts,
it took us... 5 years before we put our wine on the market, and a good 3 years of that was just developing it in close collaboration with our friends from the Biomass Technologies Laboratory at the University of Sherbrooke. But one thing was certain within the Québécøl ranks: as soon as we had one, we would make a Glühwein. And when the Lac Mégantic Christmas Market crew asked us to formulate one, we played hard to get, but deep down, we'd had the recipe in our pocket for... about 5 years. So, we asked Mrs. Claus to give us a look as if we'd been naughty this year. She gave us a look that suggested she couldn't wait to see Santa again, and then we were in business (though a little uncomfortable, we must admit).
I know we tell you every week, but this week, you REALLY must try the recipe of the week if you like mulled Christmas wines. Plus, it features our exceptional maple wine (the 2Ø) and our seasonal liqueur, Cranberry, Raspberry, and Labrador Tea.

-500mL of 2Ø - our exceptional maple wine
-250mL of our Cranberry, Raspberry, and Labrador Tea Liqueur
