Night shift

In anticipation of maple syrup season, we are thinking of our maple friends with a little concoction that is ideal for long evenings spent boiling maple syrup. Plus, it requires two of our most popular products : coffee-hot pepper liqueur and our must-have CØYØT .

Ingredients:

60 ml (2 oz) of your favorite Irish cream
30 ml (1 oz) of Québécøl coffee/hot pepper
30 ml (1 oz) of C Ø Y Ø T
10 ml (1/3 oz) of milk (if you are at the cabin and there is none, don't stress, it's still good)
a nice lump of snow (or icicles)

In a margarita glass, or if you're in trouble a nice new can of syrup (be careful not to cut yourself on the edges), pour your Québécøl coffee-hot pepper , scream a little and add your C Ø Y Ø T . In a shaker (or your empty Thermos of coffee because it's been a long day in your....) add the lump of snow and/or roof ice cubes and/or regular ice cubes. Shake it while counting a couple of Mississippi (no more than 10). Filter it (not in the syrup filter) and swing it into your glass.

You now have our permission to "barf" while watching this boil.
