At Québécøl, you know we love nature and God's little creatures. To that end, we have associated each of our products with its mythical animal, and for coffee, it's the owl. Based on that, this week we've created a special mix in honor of the 2025 Harvest Festival and the extraordinary popularity of our Coffee Liqueur this weekend. We're combining it with our brand new maple wine, 2Ø, which was officially launched at the harvest last week.

Here's what you'll need for your Spritzbou:

-1 oz of our Coffee and Hot Pepper Liqueur

-2 oz of tonic

-0.5 oz of vanilla syrup

-2 oz of our maple wine 2Ø

-1 oz of cold espresso

Start by filling a wine glass with ice, then add all ingredients except the chilled espresso, which you'll add at the very end. Stir everything gently with your bar spoon so as not to lose too much of the effervescence. Take a sip, and if you've done it right, you should be able to see the night.
