Born from fire, sap, and long nights in the sugar bush, this 100% Quebec spirit seems to have been drawn directly from the heart of the boreal forest. Here, no recipe borrowed from the other side of the world. Only maple, patiently worked, smoked, and with a hint of obsession.
Through fermentation and distillation, something ancient takes shape. A woody warmth. Dark notes reminiscent of embers still glowing at the bottom of the stove. A wild depth that floats between smoke, damp earth, and legends told too late at night to be entirely true.
It is sometimes said that certain spirits carry the soul of the land from which they originate. This one carries the soul of nocturnal Quebec. That of silent sugar bushes, forest paths swallowed by fog, and stories whispered around a fire.
Maple reveals another side here: more mysterious, denser, almost untamed. Each sip evokes an ancient presence, as if the forest itself had left a fragment of its spirit in the glass.
Inspired by New World myths and crafted off the beaten path, this beverage does not seek to imitate anything. It forges its own path — somewhere between legend, smoke, and the memory of the woods.

100% St-Romain
All of the distillery's products are made in the municipality of St-Romain, on the border between Estrie and Beauce. Maple syrup is produced on the Érablière École site and everything is overseen by the St-Romain Development Committee. The Distillerie CDSR du Granit is therefore a community project led by people who are proud of their region and their heritage. We are happy to share our passion with true alcohol lovers and die-hard maple promoters.
Maple Artisans
At Québécøl, we like to do things differently, and that of course includes our maple products. In order to represent our efforts to offer you maple differently, we chose the name Québécøl, this molecule found in maple syrup and associated with a multitude of benefits ( learn more ). Much more than classic maple products, what we offer you is a whole new variation of maple products. We can be proud of the potential of our maple syrup and with good reason, since Quebec is the world's largest producer of this unique product!
