100% St-Romain

All of the distillery's products are made in the municipality of St-Romain, on the border between Estrie and Beauce. Maple syrup is produced on the Érablière École site and everything is overseen by the St-Romain Development Committee. The Distillerie CDSR du Granit is therefore a community project led by people who are proud of their region and their heritage. We are happy to share our passion with true alcohol lovers and die-hard maple promoters.

Much more than classic maple products, what we offer you is a whole new variation of maple products. We can be proud of the potential of our maple syrup and with good reason, since Quebec is the world's largest producer of this unique product!

Supported by university research
