Made with maple syrup

At Québécøl, we have a very simple mission: to let you taste Quebec in all its colors. So here is our now famous juniper and smoked maple mistelle — Ptit-réduit to our closest friends — a clear nod to the long nights of boiling, boots full of slush, and stories told too close to the wood stove.

Ptit-réduit is a one-way ticket to the sugar shack. Forest notes, a smoky touch, a maple background that sticks to memories like steam on glasses when you come in from the cold. One sip and you can almost hear the boiler rumbling in the distance.

During sugaring season, long before fancy cocktails and online recipes, there was always a bottle near the sugar shack window. The tradition was simple: reduced sap was taken directly from the boiler — that precious moment between maple water and syrup — and given a little boreal kick with juniper. Not to be chic. Just to keep spirits up when it boiled until the early hours.

And honestly… some legends even say that Ptit-réduit arrived at the sugar shack before the syrup itself. We weren't there to verify, but we're willing to believe anything after two drinks.

You can drink it cold, at room temperature, or warm, just like in the good old days. For us, tradition dictates that we let the bottle warm gently in front of the stove while we play outside. That way, when you come back, Ptit-réduit is waiting to bring you back to life one toe at a time.

Already ready to drink at 20% alcohol, it's perfect whether you've just shoveled the garage roof, at the first campfire of spring, on a stuck snowmobile, in a maple grove in autumn, or while uncle tells for the 14th time how "in his day, winters were real winters."

Our Québécøl is 100% local, 100% maple, and above all, 100% unapologetic.

Because ultimately, what you hold in your glass isn't just a bottle. It's a piece of the forest, a little smoke, a lot of maple… and the spirit of Quebec that refuses to be diluted.

Québécøl products come from Quebec terroir and we rely on active participation with producers from our region and neighboring regions to offer you a 100% Quebec product.

100% St-Romain

All of the distillery's products are made in the municipality of St-Romain, on the border between Estrie and Beauce. Maple syrup is produced on the Érablière École site and everything is overseen by the St-Romain Development Committee. The Distillerie CDSR du Granit is therefore a community project led by people who are proud of their region and their heritage. We are happy to share our passion with true alcohol lovers and die-hard maple promoters.

Maple Artisans

At Québécøl, we like to do things differently, and that of course includes our maple products. In order to represent our efforts to offer you maple differently, we chose the name Québécøl, this molecule found in maple syrup and associated with a multitude of benefits ( learn more ). Much more than classic maple products, what we offer you is a whole new variation of maple products. We can be proud of the potential of our maple syrup and with good reason, since Quebec is the world's largest producer of this unique product!
