At Québécøl, our mission is to let you drink Quebec in all its forms… even the most improbable ones. And honestly, our pickle-flavored juniper liqueur is probably the best bad idea we’ve had so far.

Because one day, someone looked at a jar of pickles and thought, "Would that make a good alcoholic drink?"
The answer is yes. Dangerously yes.

Made from our 100% maple alcohol, this unashamed creation draws directly from memories of old pickle jars in the cottage fridge, right next to the sweating cheddar and split hot dogs. We blend the character of juniper, a secret recipe of boreal spices, a touch of maple… and, of course, cucumbers. Because in Quebec, we respect traditions, but we also like to shake them up a bit.

So here's the first expression of our 40% ABV family: a bottle that tastes of the land, of campfires, of cold hands, and of stories that get more and more exaggerated as the evening goes on.

Our Québécøl is 100% local, to be enjoyed while watching mosquitoes circle the fire, after a day of snowshoeing, a four-wheeler ride, or a never-ending braised moose meal.

The true connoisseurs will drink it neat, with or without ice. The more civilized will add it to a tonic or a Bloody Caesar that finally tastes like something other than a rough Sunday morning. And between us… it’s likely to become the most talked-about bottle at your next party.

And because we love working with local people, our pickles come from Ferme Croque-Saison. Real local pickles for a product that honestly couldn't have been born anywhere else.

100% St-Romain

All of the distillery's products are made in the municipality of St-Romain, on the border between Estrie and Beauce. Maple syrup is produced on the Érablière École site and everything is overseen by the St-Romain Development Committee. The Distillerie CDSR du Granit is therefore a community project led by people who are proud of their region and their heritage. We are happy to share our passion with true alcohol lovers and die-hard maple promoters.

Maple Artisans

At Québécøl, we like to do things differently, and that of course includes our maple products. In order to represent our efforts to offer you maple differently, we chose the name Québécøl, this molecule found in maple syrup and associated with a multitude of benefits ( learn more ). Much more than classic maple products, what we offer you is a whole new variation of maple products. We can be proud of the potential of our maple syrup and with good reason, since Quebec is the world's largest producer of this unique product!
