Quebec - Labrador Cranberry

Quebec - Labrador Cranberry
At Québécøl, autumn is more than just a season.
It’s the smell of wet leaves, sugar bushes turning fiery red, foggy dirt roads, and cold hands holding a still-chilled glass as the sun sets faster than yesterday.
It’s exactly this spirit that we wanted to capture in our cranberry, raspberry, and Labrador tea liqueur.
At the heart of this creation is the cranberry — this small Nordic fruit deeply rooted in Quebec's terroir. Wild, lively, slightly tannic, it brings that vibrant freshness reminiscent of peat bogs, the first frosts, and autumn harvests that stain fingers red.
Raspberry then softens everything with a fruity, almost velvety roundness, while Labrador tea leaves a boreal, herbaceous, and mysterious finish, like a cold wind gently crossing the forest before winter.
And to tie all these flavors together?
A touch of maple, of course. Not to steal the show, but to subtly remind everyone that all of this comes from here.
Every ingredient in this bottle is Québécois.
Every sip tells a story of the land.
It’s a liqueur that tastes of autumn colors. The one you open after a day in the forest, during a hunting dinner, around a crackling fire, or simply when Quebec starts to smell of wood, cold earth, and late harvests.
Served chilled, with a sparkling mixer, on ice, or even poured over ice cream, it changes its character depending on the moment. A boreal cosmopolitan, an autumn sangria, a forest slush, or an improvised cocktail with friends… it always seems to find its place.
Because ultimately, this bottle never intended to be complicated.
It simply wanted to taste like Quebec, authentically.

100% St-Romain
All of the distillery's products are made in the municipality of St-Romain, on the border between Estrie and Beauce. Maple syrup is produced on the Érablière École site and everything is overseen by the St-Romain Development Committee. The Distillerie CDSR du Granit is therefore a community project led by people who are proud of their region and their heritage. We are happy to share our passion with true alcohol lovers and die-hard maple promoters.
