Quebec - Labrador Cranberry
With a pillar of Quebec gastronomy, atoca , as its central point, our Cranberry, Raspberry and Labrador Tea liqueur will make you drink all the colors!
The cranberry tannins are enhanced by the sweetness of the raspberry, with a slight herbal finish given by the Labrador tea leaves.
This liqueur, all of whose ingredients of course come from Quebec, is a mirror of our land, with the added touch of sweetness provided by maple syrup.
Like all our liqueurs, it keeps well in the fridge or freezer, but can also be left quietly in your bar. It excels on a bubble, but can also be enjoyed on ice, as is, like a pre-mixed cosmopolitan. It is extremely versatile in cocktails; sangria, mojitos, punches... even in a slush or on ice cream!

100% St-Romain
All of the distillery's products are made in the municipality of St-Romain, on the border between Estrie and Beauce. Maple syrup is produced on the Érablière École site and everything is overseen by the St-Romain Development Committee. The Distillerie CDSR du Granit is therefore a community project led by people who are proud of their region and their heritage. We are happy to share our passion with true alcohol lovers and die-hard maple promoters.
Maple Artisans
At Québécøl, we like to do things differently, and that of course includes our maple products. In order to represent our efforts to offer you maple differently, we chose the name Québécøl, this molecule found in maple syrup and associated with a multitude of benefits ( learn more ). Much more than classic maple products, what we offer you is a whole new variation of maple products. We can be proud of the potential of our maple syrup and with good reason, since Quebec is the world's largest producer of this unique product!

The CDSR du Granit Distillery is pleased to partner with the Industrial Research Chair on Maple Technologies , under the umbrella of the Biomass Technologies Laboratory . These two entities combine high-level university research to support the delicious Québécøl products that we offer you.
