Here's another original cocktail featuring none other than our very popular P'tit Réduit (Juniper and Smoked Maple Mistelle) but this time with an exotic twist, involving not only grapefruit flavor but also... dill. It's an interesting new take on our P'tit Réduit, giving it a twist at the crossroads of a Paloma, maple, with a special spring finish.

Some people put dill in their pickles.
We… we swing it into a maple cocktail.

And honestly?
It works like a charm.

The fresh, boreal side of dill plays with the vanilla and citrus notes of the Réduit as if they were always meant to end up together around a fire after a day in the woods.

A strange cocktail?
Perhaps.

But like a good old slightly shifty Quebecer who knows the best trout spots… don't judge it too quickly.

What you'll need:

  • 2 oz of Réduit
  • 3 oz grapefruit soda
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • A splash of sparkling water
  • A good handful of fresh dill
  • Lots of ice

How to make it:

Fill your glass with ice as if you were going to survive July without air conditioning.

Add the Réduit, lemon juice, and grapefruit soda.
Top it with a little sparkling water.

Throw in a good handful of dill.
Stir gently.

Take a sip.

Question your life choices.

Take a second one.
