Bronch
We made you a nice little recipe this week.
During our visit to the grape harvest festival we had the chance to meet the gang from the Noroi Distillery and we had a good taste of their orange liqueur . Since we are ragamuffins, we decided to pair it with a bit of Québécøl to create a brunch essential... the brønch (ø is pronounced "euh" by the way).
Not complicated - here we go:
-400mL of your favorite sparkling wine (you can add champagne if you want to impress the guests)
-100mL of Noroi orange liqueur
-200mL of our Québécøl - boreal spritz
-300mL of sugar-free tonic, the president's choice (if the president chooses it, it must be quality, right?)
Put everything in the same glass and serve.
This is the ideal drink for those who "bronch hard".
