Heatwave

Hello friends, just like in politics these days, the weather is also giving us its extremes. On one hand we have torrential rains, but on the other we also have a heatwave, and true to our usual Québécøl spirit, we've made you a drink this week that we've called Kanikül, because at Québécøl we don't just make original products, we also use all the original characters on the keyboard!

This week, the cocktail is also made with our good old CØYØT because even though it's the strawberry-melon-rhubarb season, our friend CØYØT is a great buddy. Always happy to see us when we come home in the evening. And since we have plenty of it at the Distillery too, seeing all the bottles as excited as can be when we arrive... it warms our hearts. But in the summer like this, our CØYØT gets hot, and that's why we've formulated this little drink for you.

To make it, you'll need:

-2 oz pineapple juice

-1 oz CØYØT

-1 oz coconut cream

-0.5 oz orange juice

-0.25 oz maple syrup

-0.25 oz honey (try the one from our friends at Été Doré)

-A pinch of cinnamon

-One cup of ice

So, for the rest of the operations, you'll see, it's not rocket science. You take all the ingredients and put them in the blender. You start the blender and blend until it reaches a nice homogeneous consistency. Then, you pour it into beautiful piña colada glasses. You can garnish with a small piece of pineapple on top (we're doing you a favor because we like you)
