The Boss

As the telemarketers who call you at dinner time at home would say "can we speak to the lady of the house?". In fact, at Québécøl we don't really want to speak to her (we're savages too) but we decided to make her a drink this week and who knows, maybe it will earn you some points (don't look at me like that, you know what I'm talking about).

This week's cocktail isn't super complicated to make and you'll look like a super expert mixologist.

Start this with 1 1/2 ounces of our Québécøl-Spritz Boréal . You'll also need 1/2 ounce of fresh lemon juice, 1 egg white and some strawberry slices to garnish.

You will start by putting all the ingredients in a "shaker" and you will shake it vigorously, then you will add the ice and mix it again until your shaker becomes very "cold". Once this is done you will filter all this through a sieve into a nice cup and you finish by garnishing with strawberry slices.

Offer this to the lady of the house and watch the reaction.
