Quebecol

This week, we're offering you a rather special cocktail (not that the cocktails from other weeks aren't special) where we'll combine our seasonal liqueur (the Spritz Boréal) with a typical South American spirit, Pisco!

The recipe will make a few servings, and be warned, there isn't much dilution, so the alcohol will be quite present. Nevertheless, it will allow you to create a drink at the crossroads of tropical and summery, always showcasing that delicious taste of Quebec strawberries.

To achieve this, you'll need:

-10 oz of pisco

-6 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice

-6 oz of our Spritz Boréal

-1 egg white

In a blender, add the Pisco, lime juice, and Spritz Boréal (strawberry-melon-rhubarb liqueur) along with about a cup of ice. Blend it for a good 20 seconds. Then, add an egg white and blend again for another 10 seconds.

Coarsely strain directly into glasses, and voilà, you're done!
