On this beautiful St. Patrick's + 1 day, we offer you a little 100% Quebecois concoction that celebrates St. Patrick's Day (calm down, friends, we'll get to Easter recipes soon) but in a 100% Quebecois way. It combines our essential Ptit Réduit with the beer from La Souche microbrewery (whom we salute) called New Waterford. Since it's an Irish stout... it all starts to make sense.
For the recipe, you'll need:
-1.5 oz of our Ptit Réduit
-1.5 oz of strong espresso
-Approximately 3 oz of New Waterford
Place everything in a shaker with ice and shake. Then strain into a rock glass where you've already placed ice. On the beautiful foam that has formed on the surface, add three coffee beans (for decoration).
