No Game

Why not game?

Because this week the cocktail is far from intuitive. In the sense that we combine things that have never been combined. Like in the Ghostbusters movie in the 80s, it's a bit like crossing scents. At first we think it's bad but after the first time it becomes the norm. Once again the Alchemist who wrote you this recipe this morning congratulates himself on not having made any bawdy connotations in these last sentences. On the other hand, we know that you are capable of thinking crookedly on your own. So here this week we are going to combine our Boreal Spritz with... tatataaaaaaa our Pickle Gin ! It's as "daring" as jumping through a burning canyon on a motorbike (hence the image).

Get up off your chair and try this, to do this you will need:

-2 beautiful ripe strawberries

-3-4 fresh mint leaves

-2 ounces of our Pickle Gin

-3/4 ounces lemon juice

-2 ounces of our Boreal Spritz

-Crushed ice

-1 ounce of Montellier mineral water with lemon.

You're going to put the strawberries and mint in the bottom of a whisky glass and you're going to crush it with your cocktail muddler. If you're not fancy, it doesn't matter, do it in a normal bowl with the potato masher you use to make mashed potatoes. Add the Gin-pickle , the lemon juice and the Spritz Boréal . Add your crushed ice to reach 3/4 of the rim. Add a splash of mineral water with lemon (like an ounce but we trust you). Stir it, add a little Spritz Boréal if necessary and it's ready to serve.

If you made it this far, we're proud of you, you're game.
