With this you have almost everything, you would just need a littlejuniper and cucumber liqueur (aka gin-pickle) to do the trick!
It comes in a little box engraved with the distillery's name, then we keep it to store our music cassettes next to our tape deck! What? Too old? Okay, to store your old cell phones!
Québécøl products come from Quebec terroir and we rely on active participation with producers from our region and neighboring regions to offer you a 100% Quebec product.

100% St-Romain
All of the distillery's products are made in the municipality of St-Romain, on the border between Estrie and Beauce. Maple syrup is produced on the Érablière École site and everything is overseen by the St-Romain Development Committee. The Distillerie CDSR du Granit is therefore a community project led by people who are proud of their region and their heritage. We are happy to share our passion with true alcohol lovers and die-hard maple promoters.
Maple Artisans
At Québécøl, we like to do things differently, and that of course includes our maple products. In order to represent our efforts to offer you maple differently, we chose the name Québécøl, this molecule found in maple syrup and associated with a multitude of benefits ( learn more ). Much more than classic maple products, what we offer you is a whole new variation of maple products. We can be proud of the potential of our maple syrup and with good reason, since Quebec is the world's largest producer of this unique product!
