Lake Saint-Orléan

Hello enthusiasts!

For this recipe, we're bringing together (in principle) two regions of Quebec renowned for certain small fruits: Lac Saint-Jean for blueberries and Île d'Orléans for strawberries. Since we're also at the cusp of summer, when strawberries are available and blueberries are starting to appear, it seemed like a good time to combine our Spritz Boréal and our Blueberry & Fir Liqueur in a unique cocktail. It even inspired us to create these two terrifying characters lovingly embracing (we'll try not to dream too much about that tonight).

So, this week, for your cocktail, you'll need:

-1 oz of Spritz Boréal

-1 oz of Blueberry & Fir Liqueur

-2.5 oz of bar mix

-1 oz of blue curaçao

-Blueberries and strawberries for garnish

Start by filling a shaker with ice, then add the Spritz Boréal, Blueberry & Fir Liqueur, bar mix, and curaçao (we all have a bottle of that at home that just keeps lingering). Next, grab a highball glass and fill it with ice, blueberries, and sliced strawberries. Finally, strain your cocktail into your glass and enjoy all the tastes of summer in Quebec at once (and make a dent in that curaçao bottle).
