Quebecøltini

If you like snow (there's probably something wrong with you - but we love you just the same), well today we're giving you something to go with it. And if you don't like snow, here's a recipe that will help you forget about it.

So, this week we offer you the ultimate maple espresso martini (and quite possibly the only one). Since the maple sugar season never seems to end, we bring you more inspiration (as if we needed it) to prepare two of our best sellers: the gin-reduction and our coffee-hot pepper liqueur.

We're combining this this week with another maple product that comes to us from Fove!

Here is the recipe.

1 and 1/3 ounces of our Québécøl coffee and hot pepper liqueur

1 ounce ofgin-reduced

1 ounce of Fove

Shake all this in a shaker or in case of crisis a hose boot with a bread bag on top (again we are interested if you have pictures). Pour into a Martini glass while filtering. For coffee lovers you can add a few beans of your favorite coffee (we work with Faro ) or if you want to make it even more maple, add a popsicle stick well greased with maple taffy.
